For over two decades , Erin has been a member of T-Mobile ’ s Technology team . Prior to that , she earned a B . S . in Civil Engineering and an M . S . in Telecommunication , both from the University of Colorado . Erin is also passionate about promoting girls and young women in STEM through DEI .
