Sir Alex previously worked at the top level of government for more than a decade . His key experience and skills lie primarily in organisational leadership , strategy , change management , the net zero transition , digital transformation , economic regulation , energy , technology and communications .

Nathan Vautier has taken the reins at Freedom Fibre , a leading fibre broadband company , bringing with him more than 25 years of industry experience . He has previously held several senior leadership positions in the telecom sector , including at Ericsson , EE and Brightstar Corporation .
