Welcome to the November Edition of Mobile Magazine ! This is my first magazine as Editor and I ’ m so excited that you ’ re on this journey with me . A huge thank you to former Editor , Helen Adams , and our Editor-in-Chief , Marcus Law , who have been equally encouraging and inspiring in the run up to this edition .

This is a jam-packed issue , with plenty to discuss in the world of communication technology . The demands of artificial intelligence ( AI ), edge computing and other disruptive technologies are inevitably changing the mobile sector as we recognise it today . We examine these changes and share how businesses can remain competitive .

But , as this landscape continues to evolve , the question on everybody ’ s minds is : how can we ensure these innovations are sustainable ? On this , we hear exclusively from Nokia ’ s Vice President & Global Head of Sustainability , Subho Mukherjee , on how the business is scaling up its net zero vision to not only expand responsible uses of technology , but to have an overall positive impact in the world .
