Per Borgklint , OneWeb ’ s Chief Commercial Officer explains that his company ’ s evergrowing network of satellites “ promises high-speed and low-latency connectivity around the globe , available via a new class of LEO user terminals which are suitable for all types of needs from aviation to maritime , to users on the move .”
