The project prioritised the B2B segment , using an agile approach . This led to the rationalisation of more than 30,000 products to 3,000 , streamlining onboarding and improving efficiency . Automating 90 % of customer journeys cut time to revenue by 40 % and time to market by 50 %, marking significant progress in Tecnotree ’ s digital evolution .
Beyond customer order and revenue management , Tecnotree has also been recognised for trusted aiml and CSP Digital Marketplace and Partner Ecosystem Management Platforms across Gartners ’ Magic Quadrant for AI in CSPs and 4 Hype Cycles .
